Some of the staff are friendly.

Cons

The Sydney office is falling apart. There is no one left with any experience. New hires tend to be no-hopers lacking other options.

The mission, the product we are selling is noble, very technical and for health All the opportunities offered when you prove engagement and motivation Very nice spirit, values, work atmosphere, very demanding but respectful of people Passionate people, and a lot to learn

Cons

Employees can feel a bit alone to define their career path Managers are sometimes alone to deal with team resources issues, not enough of HR to support Workload not balanced between departments and between people
