      Bad management and leadership. Pay for one job but expect employees to handle many jobs in order to save costs. Boss is non local who only prefers people of certain ethnicity maybe because he himself has an identity crisis

      Pros

      Night shift bonus, extra $1. Lots of activities for employees. Shareholding and free lenses every year. Free Xmas party. They give you freedom to schedule your breaks and don't micro manage your time as long as your work gets done. The people are friendly and down to earth. Overtime is sometimes available. Three weeks vacation once you make two years.

      Cons

      The work is less plentiful during certain seasons so overtime isn't often available. They may not always recognize your talents if you want to grow, so you may have to work harder to make yourself standout.
