If you want new experiences as well as room to grow, this is the place for it. You can advance according to the work you do. But YOU have to initiate your own growth. They will not advance you for doing average work. But they will fully accept and help you grow if you are a motivated individual.
Cons
Not all change is good change........ Company tends to make major changes in upper management very often. Often, lower level employees are unaware of new positions.
