horrific management, revolving door of staff leaving, horrible manager allowed to mistreat employees and head office does nothing to stop it, backstabbing and spying encouraged - team work not encouraged instead each for its own interests only

Unskilled people and lots politics, for a fresher its a huge loss if he joins the company , no new projects.
