      Great place to start, not a place to stay

      Pros

      If Enterprise is your first job out of college, give it to your first promotion then look elsewhere. You will be astonished at the skills you learn but the learning stops quickly. If you preform you will get promoted and promotion at ERAC is very good to have on you resume when you leave.

      Cons

      They work you like a dog. Hours and customers are horrendous. When you are considering a position, remember that it is a retail job no matter how much they sugar coat it.

      Pros

      Pretty relaxed enivronment, listened to music and work alone most of the time.Not a complex job at all. Work can go by fast during busy time, was allowed to take lunch when I wanted w/o clocking out. Get to drive and see all the features of newer vehicles.

      Cons

      First day I was not given much direction in what to do or what days i would even be working. When times are not as busy the day drags. If working with another employee it is very easy to be doing more work than the other employee. The Managers that I worked for had POOR communication skills. Other car rental companies employees were making MUCH more an hour. Winter was horrible
