Pros
Benefits were great.."Opportunity for income" compared to similar trade was great...the people you work with are down to earth and team players. You get to go to happy hours where you can drink till you pass out and a friend will take you back to the branch to sleep or home to rest.
Cons
Time for wages are very poor. You work an average of 51+ hours which you recieve frugal compensation. It leaves no time for a social life... you are an "Enterprise Employee", no longer an individual with your own life. If your not buddies with the Senior Management, you can kiss your promotability good bye no matter how consistent you excell over the competition. You manage million dollar accounts daily and you get short-changed on your income. No one knows how the pay plan works, they just stick it to you and say thats the way it is.
