You receive support from work team, if you want to work with kids it could be a place to start.

Cons

At least for me was stressful to reach all of metrics every month, sometimes the burden falls on you if some children do not pass the level.

• Little to no unassisted production from the students due to pre-programmed framework • Much disarray at manager levels
