      • Great interactions with children •Fun for teachers with previous experience since the results from the children are constantly evaluated and parents will truly appreciate when their children actually learn

      Cons

      • Little to no unassisted production from the students due to pre-programmed framework • Much disarray at manager levels

      Pros

      The organization and structure of the company is amazing, and so is the staff and leadership team. Instructions for our classes are super clear and everything is provided for us coaches.

      Cons

      It can be a little too demanding when it comes to expectations as a coach, especially when it comes to costumer satisfaction being so important for them.
