It's true that EF is a very large company with a number of opportunities for everybody independent of one’s country. Despite the economic downturn over the last year, EF in Russia does ensure our teachers are always paid on time and have strong job security. Since November 2014 we have also provided a compensation for international teachers to leverage the growing exchange rate burden. We do care about our staff, and teachers are, undoubtedly, at the heart of our business. Over the years EF has developed a set of global Core Values to maintain one standard approach to our work and employees. Additionally, our Recruitment and Development team deliver training sessions to managers on a regular basis. If you believe someone has not treated you fairly, please, get in touch and let us know.
