Don't waste your time Don't listen to those saying it get you to china SAVE YOURSELF Please don;t make the same bad decisions many of us have ... they are not tolerable, they are not a good cmpany, they are not worth the time and stress they will put you through.. They will hold your documents hostage when you try to leave too... which will delay you by months. They are racist too.. save your time

Great professional development opportunities and personal growth unlimited. Well supported through application and arrival process. Rewarding being part of young learner English journeys and longer term contribution to their overall learning journey. Increase in annual leave days in subsequent contract is an incentive to sign again.

Cons

Careful use of annual leave in the year can increase travel opportunities otherwise chances for travel seem limited by lack of planning. Expecting Monday to Friday with office hours? In the wrong part of the industry but as a lifestyle choice it can be satisfying.
