Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We're happy to hear you enjoy and appreciate our friendly, fun company culture and environment. One of the things we really focus on is making sure our teachers have a happy environment to work in and we try to create a culture of open communication to make sure all of our teachers feel valued and supported throughout their time with us. We do understand that the schedule can be challenging and tiring, which is the nature of the ESL industry, having to work hours when our students are available for class. We try our very best to balance schedules, but this is sometimes not possible especially between Friday nights and the weekends, which are our busiest times. We are very mindful of teacher's time and health, as they do incredible, and very important work, with our students. Our sick leave policy is in compliance with local laws and we do encourage teachers to take care of their health, providing sanitizers in the centers, air purifiers in all classrooms, purified water and in some cases, face masks, to prevent the spread of germs. We're sorry to hear that you felt you had to work even if you were sick, as this is not something we want our teachers to experience.
