We care a lot about the quality of our product and teachers' development and growth. It's also great to know that you enjoyed working with most of your colleagues. Concerning compensation, we do offer a comprehensive package that includes not just salary but also benefits such as heath insurance, flight allowance, annual leave, visa, bonuses and training. We evaluate our compensation package on a yearly basis to ensure we remain competitive in the market.       Not the most competitive salary for English teachers

      Pros

      Good onboarding and always paid correctly and on-time.

      Cons

      There are far more competitive salaries out there with better benefits such as more annual leave.

      Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are happy to hear that you valued our onboarding as this is an area that we invest a great deal of time and resources in. We take great pride in the fact that our teachers receive comprehensive training and ongoing support and development. We ensure our teachers are paid on time as we understand the stress that can come from living and working abroad. We understand that there are different expectations when it comes to salaries in the EFL industry. We do provide a comprehensive package to teachers, which includes not only a competitive salary but comprehensive benefits including but not limited to: paid visas, flight allowance, health insurance, annual leave, all national holidays, paid training, education reimbursement, bonuses and sponsored teacher events.

We encourage people to grow with EF, and have a number of resources specifically dedicated to this area, including a range of internal training courses, and sponsorships of a a number of internationally recognized professional qualifications, such as the CertTESOL and the DIPTESOL. We understand that working in any school, particularly at the management level, requires a great deal of hard work and dedication, and it can be difficult, at times, to keep a healthy work-life balance.
