10yThank you for your review. It's true that is EF is a very large company and along with the corporate culture, our teachers are always paid on time and have strong job security. We are able to host teacher events, several of which are held every month in many of the cities where EF has schools. In addition, teachers have the opportunity to earn qualifications, like the CertTESOL and DipTESOL, and develop themselves professionally through EF’s distance learning courses, led by our team of certified trainers. We do care about our teachers - they are at the heart of our business.
Our recruitment process follows carefully thought out procedures, and we train our recruiters to follow those procedures, if you feel someone has mislead you, please get in touch and let us know. In the contract is the maximum number of hours that teachers are expected to work.
