      Pros

      The people are cool and there are a ton of very talented young adults that work here. We all try our best to be exceptional in the work we do.

      Cons

      We have these surveys but they don't seem to care or maybe they are in denial of the truth. They refuse to believe that the comments on glassdoor.com are true. 12 hour shifts with a 30 minute lunch is inhumane. Training is inefficient yet they will throw you under the bus if something goes off air.

      Pros

      Great starting point for broadcast television. The people are nice and the atmosphere is laid back. Large client list gives opportunity to work for major networks. Implements latest technology.

      Cons

      HR has too much control over hiring process. Managers are told who they are expected to hire. Not enough room for advancement. Upper management more concerned with remaining under budget and getting bonuses than with ensuring budget is utilized wisely.

      Pros

      A good learning environment, but most of the equipment and platforms are outdated and sometimes buggy. All of the different departments here tend to work well with each other. You get an OK allotment of vacation time, sick time and floating holidays. Benefits are OK. Pay seems to be sub-par with the rest of the industry. Oh, and free lunch...

      Cons

      many years of expansion, but very little clean up after a system is unneeded or removed have left the cabling and flooring areas in very bad shape. No more room for new installs, but they do it anyway. A good learning environment, yes, because there are so many different uplink chains to work with. Not much in the way of promotions or pay raises--barely 2-3 % from what I've heard. Pay is sub-par with the rest of the industry, most especially with the amount of responsibility and Engineer has. This place tends to be a stopping off point for some, while others stay a very long time. Those that stay will get promoted by attrition...
