A good learning environment, but most of the equipment and platforms are outdated and sometimes buggy. All of the different departments here tend to work well with each other. You get an OK allotment of vacation time, sick time and floating holidays. Benefits are OK. Pay seems to be sub-par with the rest of the industry. Oh, and free lunch...

many years of expansion, but very little clean up after a system is unneeded or removed have left the cabling and flooring areas in very bad shape. No more room for new installs, but they do it anyway. A good learning environment, yes, because there are so many different uplink chains to work with. Not much in the way of promotions or pay raises--barely 2-3 % from what I've heard. Pay is sub-par with the rest of the industry, most especially with the amount of responsibility and Engineer has. This place tends to be a stopping off point for some, while others stay a very long time. Those that stay will get promoted by attrition...
