      They offer free lunch meals.

      Everything. There is virtually nothing positive, unless you like working for minimum wage and enjoy being treated like an idiot.

      Pros

      Decent healthcare and vacation benefits. Hourly workers are eligible for free lunch. There are some good people here that go above and beyond their responsibilities in order to meet and exceed their manager and client's responsibilities.

      Cons

      Impossible to separate work from personal life as management is pretty much "on call" 24/7. High turnover in the past year has resulted in a lot of people being promoted that were not ready. Not a lot of support from management. In the past year an entire level of management has disappeared essentially killing anyone's growth past Manager/Senior Manager level.
