      Great hands on experience, very friendly people and overall great atmosphere.

      Cons

      At Biomet it was quite simple: If you were part of the "Boys Club" you were taking care of, your career was secured and compensation was very attractive compared to everyone else. If you were not, you were compensated unfairly (way below industry average and this was well known within Biomet)
