as a former Biomet employee it was a much better work environment. you could do your job and get results. a fairly good place to work beside all the behind the favoritism between managers and some employees. Zimmer not been there long enough to see any pros
Cons
Cons there are a few they treat the ones who do all the real work like second class people. they run a dictator ship style of management it is my way or the highway. the order picking system is a total waste of manpower and not efficient at all. too much red tap to do the simplest thing . If you recall that no one will loose there job that was a pile. I have already seen Biomet reps let go as well as some long term employees. like some other comments on the Zimmer company review the bottom line is all that matters. Zimmer Biomet is stuck in the 1960 style of management. time to wake up
