Pros
Very good product and reputation. Product managers are approachable and helpful. Training, when you get it, is good. Communication from Corporate to sales reps is good.
Cons
It might be like this with all orthopedics companies, but the opportunity for a sub-rep to increase his/her income is limited. The main sales rep makes a very good living, while the sub-rep does ok. Don't get me wrong. The pay is good relative to many, many other jobs, but the full sales rep makes a killing with commissions.
