Pros
*Lots of flexibility, the ability to work remote *Good benefits and substantial PTO
Cons
*Company has not offered any career/department training opportunities in 5+ years due to budget cuts *Most of the work is being consulted out to India, taking the fun/creative aspects out of the job *Every department is understaffed; high turnover rates across multiple departments *The people who want to speak up/do the right thing are never offered advancement opportunities *If you aren't a "yes man" type person, you won't advance here. People who say "no" are either demoted or laid off at the end of the year. *A lot of people that are in their roles don't know them, even after being at the company multiple years, which can make for a frustrating work environment for those that do know what they're doing *Company preaches integrity/quality, but then rushes you to get things done. People are fed up and leaving.
