      Family of coworkers. Individuality. Pleasant atmosphere. Diverse company of people. Great community outreach. Jeff Binder. Long-standing presence in the Warsaw, Indiana and Winona Lake communities.

      Cons

      Temporary assignment policies. Company is being bought by a company with much less heart. Certain management members do not care about you or your perspective.
