Pros
They some of the most talented people I have had the joy to work with, but most now see the company as a training ground and then go on their way to different companies with less stress and better oppurtunity to advance.
Cons
The moral is as low as I have ever seen. Less benefits at a higher cost, taking easy things like vacation away and removing some of the floating holidays. They are slowing stripping away all the reasons people come to a big company like Zimmer.
