      Non strenuous work , tooling and Ppe stocks always full and ready , maintenance always quick to fix any issues, quality always present to give advice and clarification.

      Cons

      Shift pattern , lack of understanding by management towards the problems experienced by workers on the floor , canteen food not good for lunch
