      Good opportunities for growth within the company with the chance of gaining valuable experience. Haven't been here long enough but ZImmer has retained very talented and competent employees in the Industry.

      Cons

      Not been here long enough to make a very informed decision. Being a very document intensive industry can make it difficult to get things moving.
