5% forced turnover each year has destroyed teamwork and team atmosphere. Projects turn into complete mess on consistant basis. Especially in IT. IT has no leadership, no vision, no plan. All travel is cut yet CIO seems to attend a "conference" 6-8 times per year. IT had high hopes for her after previous CIO mistake. Now Crines needs to open his eyes to what his direct reports are actually doing.....nothing. Marketing is a mess. Manufacturing is messed up; especially OUS. Financial reporting totally jacked up through a failed Hyperion implementation that who oversaw....yes, the CIO! Please.....get real.
