The current focus of management is short term financial profit. This focus is putting long-term sucess of the compay in jeopardy. One example of the negative effects of this strategy is that many very good and experienced employees have left the company and this puts the company in a tough place when it comes to actually creating new and innovative products to improve patient care in the future.
