      Pros

      Great history. Some great people. Warsaw is a good place for families (but definitely not a vibrant town.)

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Senior management is detached and not respected. Company is perpetually restructuring and there is no job security. Limited investment and less innovation. Legal constraints have paralyzed the sales organization.
