      Zimmer pays well in relationship to the job responsibilities compared to other companies.

      Cons

      There is no discernible support for indirect staff. Upper management is absent. Leadership is non-existent. HR policies are based on the legal mnimum being the standard. They do not go beyond to benefit or attract talent.

      Good to work for. Positive employees. Quality management is good.

      Cons

      No promotion. It takes lot of time to climb up the ladder.

      Excessively Bureocratic; teams exists solely to slow others down and have authority without any responsibility
