Pros
The best attribute about working at Zimmer Spine in Austin is the tight-knit group of employees. We have a great team of talented individuals who strive to produce quality products for the ultimate satisfaction of knowing their efforts will help to improve someone's quality of life.
Cons
Zimmer Spine could use a bit of upper management cleanup. The current leadership team has elected to close the Austin facility and eliminate the livelihood of 100+ employees. Not unlike what Zimmer did in the early 2000 when it purchased Sulzer Orthopedics and within a few years transferred operations out of state.
