Pros
Manages to hire good competent people but who unfortunately don't stay long. Has good products and product legacy. Attempts to have some on boarding training for new hires.
Cons
Micromanaging senior management who are more tactical than strategic. All decisions made based on short term profits gains with low priority on long term growth. Risk adverse and highly bureaucratic culture. High employee turnover as new hires get demotivated very quickly by convoluted internal processes and excessive red tape.
