      Pros

      They pay you. That's all I can think of.

      Cons

      There is no leadership and they pit employees against each other. You can't trust your manager or your coworker. Prior to the David Dvorak years Zimmer was an OK place to work. Since 2007, it has been very bad with very low morale.
