Pros

Good corporate benefits and perks. Quarterly bonuses. Lots of OT for hourly employees. Casual dress code. Management shows appreciation with gift cards/free company swag.

Cons

Post-merger there were/are a lot of growing pains for Zimmer Biomet. Management chose to relocate to a smaller warehouse to save money, which quickly became overcrowded and cramped due to increased inventory and staff. Extremely low employee morale. Employees are overworked and generally miserable. Operations can barely keep up with the growing sales with increasingly limited inventory. Constant Product recalls and back-orders. All Operations employees work incredibly hard every day. Everyone (except for management) must be "on-call" 24/7 for 1 full week on a rotating basis (every 4-6 weeks). Your 'on-call' week will be mentally and physically draining as you will be required to work your typical day, stay (very) late every night and also come in multiple times over the weekend.

Pros

You can get away with any behavior or language you choose to use; no repercussions at all.

Cons

Zimmer Biomet will work you into the ground and then still request more of your time. Driver usually work 10 - 12+ hours a day. You are also expected to be on-call once a month from Monday to Sunday. That means you get to work your weekend away, work overnight and early AM. You get to work 12 days straight with no break. They very rarely give raises or promotions. This company would rather hire a new person at a lower rate then to keep an employee and actually pay them. Work-life balance is non-existent. You will ultimately spend most of your time at work. You get 15 day PTO and sick time combined. You can request for time off but if you get paid for those days is another question. This company cares about profit over people. They make billions a year in profit but "doesn't have the money" to treat their employees well.
