      Great staff relationships That’s about it, the rest depends on if your manager is competent

      Cons

      Much work for little pay (~30/70 split taken by company for next to no contribution on their part) Very limiting contracts Unpaid work expected Slow managerial tasks cause delays for trainers Pay scale progression system based only on sales and not quality as a coach
