They sell you this grand vision of being able to attend the bi yearly event and then you never get to because of "business needs". I've made friends with people from other offices who were told they could travel and then got told they couldn't last minute If you're not in a product team, your feedback doesn't count, I tried bringing up an issue that could help people to my lead which was shot down because "we don't have capacity" They tell you at onboarding to take your time and make sure you're helping customers and then as soon as you get onto your team your lead gets on you about being faster to hit a unrealistic metric of six minutes per case when it can easily take double that to make sure you're doing a good job because the quality team will fail you for anything and say it was in the impossible to use resources Pay isn't matching cost of living and workload So many outsourced people in all teams and we always have to clean up after their mistakes
