Pros

Good insurance! I will give them this

Cons

No life balance it's all work depsite them trying to act otherwise, I was told directly the only guaranteed days off I get are essentially days the shop would be forced to be closed (Example Christmas Day) Swarovski talks a lot about allowing their employees to be unique and individual but that's very untrue considering at my shop we aren't even allowed to paint our nails. Low pay for demanding to monopolize all of your time, doing things not listed in job posting Gave me a penny raise despite consistent positive performance reviews. The quality is plummeting and I've had products break right infront of customers multiple times. Interesting considering they've raised pirces 3-4 times this year already. I had a week in my shop where we'd seen maybe 50 people total and they demand higher and higher sales. Always somehow the in store people's fault that traffic is low. Corporate gets paid triple what we do, multiple vacations, and entire weeks of holidays off yet in store employees expected to sacrifice their entire lives for horrible pay. Basically lying to customers are encouraged not shocked though it's luxury sales. (Eco friendly, 'nickle free, etc etc etc) I could go on forever but I couldn't wait to leave. Steer clear unless you're desperate and have no other options.

Cons

Limited support from regional and district leadership, particularly in satellite locations, which can feel isolating High turnover due to relatively low pay for Crystal Experts and Assistant Managers Budget constraints make it difficult to recruit and retain experienced, high-performing talent Teams may require significant development due to lower wage tiers, increasing workload and pressure on management Store conditions in some locations feel outdated, with limited investment in remodels or upgrades Compensation structure for hourly roles does not always align with expectations or workload
