Childish Management, too many old managers only interested in travel to drink and be unprofessional on every level.
They don't have a vision for employees growth opportunities.
There's a lot of managers with favorite or other managers giving information good and bad to each other making sure only their favorites get roles or not get a role, its not based of metrics very childish system.
The pay for workers is terrible they didn't get a raise in 2023 and wont get one in 2024 according to reports, in this economy that's awful.
The most district managers don't have the ability to see all the stores in their district which is very odd, when you are depending on them to be at these stores to make decisions.
The DM in NY is unavailable most times and very quirky and talks about everyone and seems be a bit bipolar when making business in the stores.
