Pros

Decent level of employee discount

Cons

No pay raise this year. Vacation time is accrued, it is not front loaded so you don't get the full 2 weeks until the end of your year based on hire date. No compensation if you don't need the benefits (previous company gave $50 a month) Lots of changes that are not well thought out, need to consult more at the store level. No overtime but salaried managers could have to work 7 days a week if understaffed (but no overtime allowed for anyone else.)

Pros

great introduction into luxury retail, great sales training, coworkers are very friendly, management really cares about you and is very nice but can get rude when stressed. generally a nice place to work, clean, very easy job overall, you make team bonuses which raise hourly to as much as 22 and hour

Cons

micromanaging from corporate, disorganized management, moderate turnover, things get stressful but also fun during busy seasons
