Pros

Good staff discount. Good environment. Nice people in store. Good commission . Always have new uniform for different seasons.

Cons

New Lousy management. Too much work load. Highly target that is impossible to reach. Only know how to talk. Don't know what's going on in the store. Higher management are rude.
