Fun environment, great communication with upper management

Cons

LOTS of side work. You can't just come in and sell, you're required to do so much more than I've ever done in any other retail job. This can be really tedious and can affect your sales.

Of course, we are thrilled to read your list of Pros: “Fun environment, great communication with upper management” as teamwork and open communication with our associates is what makes us so successful. As for your comment about “Lots of side work” please note we are addressing these concerns and streamlining and standardizing many of our process thru GROM to ensure our associates have the time to focused on customer service. However, there will still be “side work” and recovery to maintain our visual standards and to properly assist our customers. If you would like to further address your concerns I want to make sure you are aware of our open-door policy, here at Swarovski we value our employees feedback and encourage our employees to reach out to a member of upper management or HR at any time to make sure their concerns and ideas for the betterment of the company are addressed and handled strategically and effectively in a timely matter, as only with constructive feedback from our current and former employees, can we improve and remain relevant in today’s everchanging world. Limited support from regional and district leadership, particularly in satellite locations, which can feel isolating High turnover due to relatively low pay for Crystal Experts and Assistant Managers Budget constraints make it difficult to recruit and retain experienced, high-performing talent Teams may require significant development due to lower wage tiers, increasing workload and pressure on management Store conditions in some locations feel outdated, with limited investment in remodels or upgrades Compensation structure for hourly roles does not always align with expectations or workload
