Equally important to us, is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued, as they are an integral part of adding sparkle to everyday life and we are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the compensation.
Here at Swarovski, we strive to remain competitive in our compensation practices and regularly review our pay rates and bonus structure and therefore last year we rolled out a new Retail Employee Bonus Program. This new bonus program was rolled out after much research to enhance our compensation and to foster an environment where teamwork can flourish. The new bonus structure also embraces an omni channel approach to selling as it takes into consideration the success of the entire North America market including our online sales. We are also proud as part of our compensation program to offer a generous merchandise discount, flexibility in scheduling and a full benefits package to all our Full-Time employees and a modified benefit package to our Part-Time employees, including the ability to participate in our 401K.
As for your concern “hard to get into full time position”, please note we always look first to promote from within and would suggest you work with your manager on an individual development plan to determine what you need to achieve in order to move into a Full-Time role.
