Pros

*Easy job (once you realize the ridiculous numbers they expect you to achieve aren't based on any real data). * steady paycheck if you're full time. *Typical sales oriented job (i.e. pressure people or get "coached", show enthusiasm for the product despite how you feel about it.) *Full timers get benefits *Potential for bonuses (if you can figure out the intentional ambiguity of the bonus structure and if you don't mind them holding up their end of the bargain).

Cons

*Hires too many executives so your growth, pay and even your job is never a priority. *Multi billion dollar family owned business that loves making the family money and loves showing off the family and could care less about yours as long as they make money. *Multi billion dollar business that only pays you because it's the law. *Ambiguous bonus structure so they can give or not give at their discretion and get away with it. *Doesn't always deliver on bonuses (was promised "double" bonus for a two month period and only got the double bonus for one month. *Training is there, but no one is responsible for it except you so how is a new person supposed to know what to do and when. *Training for me was basically setting up a new store and then on opening day instead of being educated on the product being told to "make it up if you don't know the answer" *Its a company that basically knows how to make money but seems to be learning in the fly when it comes to the relatively new outlet business ventures and because of that training, communication and morale all suffer.

Pros

Strong level of autonomy as a Store Manager to drive the business, implement strategies, and influence sales performance Opportunity to develop leadership skills through team coaching, training, and performance management Emphasis on client experience and building meaningful in-store customer relationships Creative freedom to execute sales-driving initiatives and local events Hands-on ownership of business results, which can be very rewarding for self-motivated leaders

Cons

Limited support from regional and district leadership, particularly in satellite locations, which can feel isolating High turnover due to relatively low pay for Crystal Experts and Assistant Managers Budget constraints make it difficult to recruit and retain experienced, high-performing talent Teams may require significant development due to lower wage tiers, increasing workload and pressure on management Store conditions in some locations feel outdated, with limited investment in remodels or upgrades Compensation structure for hourly roles does not always align with expectations or workload
