7yThank you for your review, you have made several interesting points in your review and we value your feedback. We have already begun to address many of these points, by hiring additional trainers to better support our retail employees and adding in additional online training options to support both home office and field employees. In addition, each year we evaluate our benefit package and strive to offer competitive benefits for our employees, including a tuition reimbursement program for full-time permanent employees.
We are also working hard to improve communication amongst the divisions by adding in monthly Town Halls and an Omni-channel approach to our customer service model. As I am sure you know we pride ourselves on an open-door policy and value feedback from current and former employees.
