Cons
You have to CYA and sometimes that isn't enough. Great reviews, ratings, scorecards, hard work, and dedication isn't enough. Some managers take advantage of good employees and burn them out. There is not a formal Process-Improvement-Plan for these employees when this happens. HR is not in-tune. Work/life balance is said to exist, but in reality, it doesn't.
