Pros

- Fast paced environment at the Front office department. - Good hotel discount card

Cons

- Your own managers are very condescending and discriminating towards you, if you’re not from the same majority ethnicity. - General manager endorses a very racist culture. - Employees are toxic and tend to formulate scenarios to make you look bad and disrespect you, specially if you’re from a minority ethnic group. - lack of resources at the hotel, no extra beds (cots) often had to borrow from other hotels in times of crisis. - extreme lack of diversity, which speaks volumes about how delicate they are, portraying how picky they are, when hiring an employee. Predominantly choosing a caucasian over any other employee. - No regard for previous experience, even if you have sturdy knowledge. All will be belittled if faced with a caucasian employee. -You will be forced to be quiet by your own superior if you have a suggestion, no matter what it may be.

Pros

If you’re looking to push the absolute threshold of your mental health and see how much gaslighting you can endure on any given day, this is the place for you! It is truly a masterclass in psychological endurance—especially if you have any sort of family responsibilities or personal obligations outside of work.

Cons

For a company whose defining ethos is built on providing 'heartfelt care,' they sure do an interesting job of abandoning their explicit employee promise to ensure teams 'Enjoy & Feel Valued' the moment they manage to completely invert those words the moment an employee faces real-world challenges, substituting empathy with hostile isolation replacing support with systemic marginalization and retaliatory conduct.
