Pros

- Uniform - Food - Transport provided

Cons

- Manpower was a pretty big issue. The restaurant seemed to never have sufficient staff, there were new part-timers joining every few days, some stayed for 1-2 months, some just appeared once. There were times when we were severely understaffed because the part-timers just didn't show up. As I stayed there for 2-3 months, I ended up being the one to train and re-train part-timers, telling them where to find things etc. It got annoying over time because there were so many new faces asking the same questions, and never turning up again... The ratio between part timers and full timers was pretty insane, we would have 10 part timers and 1-2 full timers at times. - Unhealthy working environment. Many of the full-timers were straight up badmouthing the part-timers but not actually telling them what to change and how to change.

Pros

If you’re looking to push the absolute threshold of your mental health and see how much gaslighting you can endure on any given day, this is the place for you! It is truly a masterclass in psychological endurance—especially if you have any sort of family responsibilities or personal obligations outside of work.

Cons

For a company whose defining ethos is built on providing 'heartfelt care,' they sure do an interesting job of abandoning their explicit employee promise to ensure teams 'Enjoy & Feel Valued' the moment they manage to completely invert those words the moment an employee faces real-world challenges, substituting empathy with hostile isolation replacing support with systemic marginalization and retaliatory conduct.
