      Pros

      Having lunch provided, that's it. For a big company no other perks.

      Cons

      The management have no idea what they are doing, no policies or procedures are followed. Managers stick together, where employees have no chance of being treated fairly. Bullying, harassment, sexist and racism goes on freely within the hotel. This is from the top.
