Pros
Company is small enough that I felt there was communication between employees and home office. Great co-workers, great work culture. Very caring management team. Also the coffee is very good!
Cons
On the extreme side of fast-paced. Having to manage walk up orders, app orders, and online orders all at once during a rush can be exhausting. Never enough hours.
