Pros
Super fast paced - shifts go by quick and always work up a sweat! It's a fun place to work, although corporate it is pretty casual. Wear whatever you want! Have fun and be yourself. There are opportunities for growth and pay advancement - but not many and all depending on if you can get recommended or have the time for it.
Cons
Starting off as a small company, It feels as though a lot of the upper management got there by either favoritism or just by being there a long time - not by necessarily their skills or merit. There was a huge lack of communication, conflict management and problem solving with my last manager. There are no merit raises!! They got rid of them during covid saying they need to save money (sigh) and then just never brought them back!! Being a Team Lead is too much stress for what its worth - and now you only make a dollar more than the baristas.
