Neglectful of Workers - Barista Philz Coffee Employee Review

Store Leads and higher up neglect the needs and wants of their staff. People beg for hours and yet they give 4hr understaffed shifts and cause people to barely be able to pay rent while also being worn out. They don’t listen to concerns, they don’t care, they only care if you show up to work and you leave. They don’t view their workers as humans with wants and needs.
