Pros
I was able to meet wonderful people and coworkers Was able to learn about the community around the shop Free coffee was great and learning about coffee was even better. Great place to work when you are trying to figure yourself out.
Cons
Management is terrible. There was always a problem with a lead or a manager. Those issues are rarely fixed or addressed. If you reach out to HR, it takes them weeks to respond to your issue but when a rule is broken, they are there in seconds. Petty games from leads and managers are aplenty. It was a high school first, then a place of work.
